Jumpin’ on the band wagon.
So I don’t really consider myself ‘mainstream’ but I felt compelled to start my own blog today. Seems like everyone is doing this now a days – and securing a “blog name” now seems to be just as challenging as looking for your own unique ID name under hotmail or MSN for an IM account. Took me five tries to find a name for my blog that wasn’t already taken by someone else. I finally lucked out with “Three dogs and a husband” and that made Phillip (my husband) chuckle when I mentioned it – so it stuck.
Being honest, I can’t promise that I will post every day or even every week, but I thought I would give this a try. Heck, I don’t even know if what I have to say lately matters to anyone other than me, but I have always been a small fish in a very big pond and it gives me a certain sense of satisfaction knowing that my written words and posted pictures could reach people across the globe. It’s kinda cool…and scarey at the same time.
So I will keep this first post short and sweet, and maybe you will be compelled to check back from time to time and if I’m lucky you might comment as well!
